Star Scent Shipping Policy

UK Orders Only We currently ship within the United Kingdom only. Orders from outside the UK cannot be accepted at this time.

Dispatch We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–3 business days. During busy periods (e.g. sales, holidays), dispatch may take a little longer — we'll always keep you informed.

Delivery Once dispatched, standard delivery typically takes 2–5 business days. Please note these are estimated timeframes and are not guaranteed — occasional carrier delays can occur outside of our control.

Fragrance & Hazmat Notice All our fragrances are classified as hazardous materials for shipping purposes. We use carriers equipped to handle fragrance shipments safely and legally.

Tracking You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.

Lost or Delayed Orders If your order hasn't arrived within 10 business days of your dispatch confirmation, please contact us at starscent9@gmail.com and we'll investigate with the carrier as a priority.
